Working Holiday
Mom set up a studio in Jeff’s office and dad tasked himself with household repairs. Needless to say, our house is both functionally and aesthetically more pleasing as a result. Amidst the tourist events and labour, we still managed to find time for relaxing.
Halifax Style
My dad experienced a classic Halifax night out, complete with a damp walk downtown to hear local fiddle music at a cozy pub, followed by a late-night donair feast! As with all donair patrons, it was love at 1st bite; he found himself buying another for lunch the next day.
In Awe of the Architecture
It was great having my parents because they were excited about things were have become accustom to, such as the architecture. We were able to enjoy Halifax through new eyes again.
